Welcome to Home Team Soccer (“Home Team,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a platform operated by Eminence Holdings and supported by the Eminence ecosystem, including certain internal technology and analytics systems collectively referred to as “Eminence Dimensions.”
By accessing or using the Home Team Soccer mobile application, website, services, content, features, programs, or tools (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
Home Team Soccer is designed for players, parents, coaches, and clubs.
Users under 18 should use the platform with parental or guardian involvement.
Certain features may require parental approval depending on age and settings.
You agree that any information provided is accurate and current.

2. Purpose of the Platform
Home Team Soccer is intended to:
Help players improve their soccer skills
Provide educational, motivational, analytical, and training content

Streaks
Unlockables
Progress systems
Digital achievements
These items:
Have no cash value
Are non-transferable
May be modified, removed, reset, or discontinued at any time
We reserve the right to revoke rewards or progress associated with abuse, cheating, or manipulation.

6. Payments & Subscriptions
Certain features may require payment, including subscriptions, plans, feedback services, or premium tools.
By purchasing:
You authorize the applicable app store or payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
Subscription renewals may occur automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable platform provider (such as Apple or Google).
Pricing may change over time.

You may upload:
Videos
Photos
Notes
Journal entries
Feedback submissions
Highlight clips
Training data
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Home Team Soccer a non-exclusive license to:
Store
Process
Analyze
Display

Improve the Services using that content
You agree not to upload content that:
Is illegal
Harassing
Offensive
Violates another person’s rights
Contains harmful software or malicious code

8. Eminence Dimensions & Platform Intelligence
Home Team Soccer may utilize technology systems within the Eminence ecosystem, including analytics, recommendation, automation, and intelligence tools collectively referred to as “Eminence Dimensions.”
These systems may:
Analyze usage trends
Improve recommendations
Personalize experiences
Detect platform issues
Enhance performance and content delivery
Help improve other Eminence-operated products and services
Where possible, user activity may be processed using anonymized or pseudonymized identifiers rather than direct personal identity.
We do not sell personal user data to third parties.

9. Artificial Intelligence Features

Home Team Soccer is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from participation in activities, exercises, or recommendations.

11. Intellectual Property
All Home Team Soccer branding, logos, mascots, graphics, software, content, systems, designs, and features are owned by Home Team Soccer, Eminence Holdings, or their licensors.
This includes:
Striker mascot
App interfaces
Feature systems
Visual assets
Training frameworks
Proprietary platform technology
You may not:
Copy
Reproduce
Reverse engineer
Sell
Redistribute
Create derivative works
without written permission.

12. Availability & Modifications
We may:
Update features
Modify functionality
Remove content
Suspend portions of the platform
Change pricing or offerings
at any time without liability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Team Soccer, Eminence Holdings, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Lost profits
Data loss
Injury
Service interruptions
User disputes
Decisions made based on platform content or recommendations
Use of the Services is at your own risk.

14. Termination
